| 摘 要： | 讨论了一种应用线阵CCD图像传感器测量火车车轮踏面磨损量的检测系统;分析了系统的测量原理;阐述了线阵CCD图像传感器视频信号的处理、数据采集方法及措施;给出了系统的标定方法和对车轮踏面测量有代表性的部分结果.

| Abstract: | The principle of a measurement system used to inspect the wheel tread contour of locomotives and cars with linear CCD image sensor is introduced. Simultaneous the step of data acquisition and CCD video handled are provided. The method of calibrating the measurement system and the partial result of inspecting the wheel tread contour of locomotives and cars are given. |
