摘    要:考察了三孢酸结构类似物α-紫罗酮、β-紫罗酮和脱落酸对番茄红素生产菌Blakeslea trispora的生长和番茄红素合成的影响。结果表明α-紫罗酮、β-紫罗酮和脱落酸对Blakeslea trispora菌体生长影响不大,但都能明显刺激番茄红素的合成。在发酵培养2d后加入α-紫罗酮、β-紫罗酮和脱落酸,番茄红素的产量最高。其中脱落酸的添加对番茄红素产量影响最为显著,在发酵2d后添加脱落酸9.36×10-3mmol/L,番茄红素产量达到549mg/L,比对照(382mg/L)提高了44%。

Abstract:The effects of added α-ionone, β-ionone and abscisic acid (ABA) on the growth and lycopene biosynthesis of Blakeslea trispora have been investigated. The results showed that α-ionone, β-ionone and abscisic acid all have no effect on the growth of Blakeslea trispora but do promote the accumulation of lycopene. The lycopene production was improved when α-ionone, β-ionone and abscisic acid were added to the culture after 2days. Of the three compounds, ABA had the most obvious effects on the production of lycopene. The lycopene production reached 549mg/L when ABA (with a concentration of 9.36×10-3 mmol/L) was added after 2days, which was 44% higher than that of the control (382mg/L). 
