盾构法隧道施工多媒体监控与仿真技术

摘    要:通过对目前国内盾构法隧道施工技术水平的研究与分析,指出了现有施工监控与管理中存在的不足之处,本项研究通过采用数据,图像与声音采集及传输技术,建立了一套盾构法隧道施工的多媒体监迭系统,根据已有的盾构法隧道施工引起地层移动理论,采用了基于数据体视化算法的计算机仿真技术,研制了盾构法隧道施工实时预测与控制的仿真软件,多媒体监控与计算机仿真系统已在上海地铁二号线区间隧道工程中得到了具体的应用,实践证明,该系统具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The development of shield tunnelling in China is investigated in the former project,and the results of the comparison between China and other countries demonstrates that there exists some shortages in the construction monitoring and management.In the research project,with the technique application of multimedia collection and transmission,a set of monitoring system has been established.Based on the theories of ground movement during shield tunnelling,the computer code of prediction and control models of ground surface settlement has been developed.With the introduction of volume vision based simulation technique,the prediction and control models are integrated in the simulation software.The monitoring and computer simulation system was tested and calibrated in the tunnelling of Shanghai Metro Line No.2.The practice shows the easy operability and stability of the system.
