加压接枝共聚法改进聚酯纤维吸湿性能的研究

摘    要:本文以氯代苯为溶胀剂,以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,对聚酯纤维织物进行脱油溶胀活化后,用不锈钢反应釜在聚酯的大分子链上接枝丙烯酸甲基丙烯酸的混合单体,使其增加亲水性基因,从而改进聚酯纤维织物的吸湿性。 通过实验,确定了最佳工艺参数,研究了影响接枝反应的诸因素,使接枝率达50%以上。吸湿率达12%,使聚酯纤维织物吸湿率提高了三十倍左右,已超过原棉可与羊毛媲美。

Abstract:In this paper, the grafting of mix monomer of acrylic acid (AA) and mc-thacrylic acid (MAA) onto PET fabric is carried out, by means of benzoyl peroxide as initiator and bencn chloride as cxpanding-solvcnt, in stainless steel reaction caldron. As a result, PET fabric is made to be bydrophilic, therefore it shows higher hygroscopicity. Through experiments, the best technological pavemcter is determined. The factors are studied which will affect the grafting reaction. When gvafting rate is 50%, hygroscopicity rate 12%, the improved PET fabric hygroscopicity has been incvcased by thirty timer, which is higher than that of the oluslrip cotton, and as high as the woolen.
