摘    要:对银杉根际土壤中的真菌进行培养分离,得到了形态上很相似的两株真菌F-1和F-2.在基于形态特征鉴定困难的情况之下,对真菌F-1和F-2的rDNA ITS区进行PCR扩增和测序.真菌F-1和F-2的ITS序列与来自于10个属30个种的不同真菌的ITS序列进行序列比较和系统发育分析,结果表明:真菌F-1属于木霉属(Trichoderma),真菌F-2属于被孢霉属(Mortierella).结果表明,基于分子水平的鉴定方法具有快速、准确、简便、高效等特点,在真菌鉴定分类研究中起着重要作用.

Abstract:Two fungal strains F-1 and F-2 which isolated from the rhizosphere of Cathaya argyrophylla were difficult to distinguish based on their morphological characteristics.Thus,molecular method was used to identify the two fungal strains.The rDNA ITS regions of the two fungi were amplified and sequenced.ITS sequences analysis of the two fungi and other 30 fungal strains from 10 different genus showed that F-1 strain belongs to the Trichoderma spp.and F-2 strain belongs to the Mortierella spp..This study reveals t...
