基于ADAMS的洗瓶机机构设计与仿真分析

摘    要:对洗瓶机机构的工作原理进行分析,选择最合理的运动方案,通过运动分析确定机构的尺寸,计算传动系统的传动比,并对传动系统进行优化,最后运用ADAMS对洗瓶机机构进行仿真与分析,结果表明该设计是可行的.

The design and simulation of bottle washing machine mechanism based on ADAMS

Abstract:Through the analysis of the working principle of the mechanism of the bottle washing machine, the most reasonable motion scheme was chosen. The analysis of motion was used to determine the body size. Then the transmission system was optimized. Finally, the ADAMS was used to simulate and analyze the fea-sibility of the washing machine system.
