| Abstract: | In the "11th five-year plan" period and the period of strategic opportunities of two decades, China s higher vocational education development, should be enhanced from the scale expansion to quality connotation construction. Connotation construction of higher vocational colleges has complexity, diversity and long-lasting characteristics. From talent quality, features, scientific management system three aspects, we discussed strategic points of the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges. |
