| 摘 要： | 中国-东盟地区有着300多个民族。民族人才培养,对中国-东盟长远合作有着深刻的战略价值。中国-东盟政府和高校应在民族人才培养问题上,形成广泛共识,倡导并大力推动面向中国-东盟自由贸易区的民族人才培养,克服各种障碍,从赋予孔子学院民族文化交流与民族人才培养新功能、建设友好学校或院系、推行"3+1"人才培养模式、加强专业设置与课程体系合作以及提升互派留学生规模与层次方面,建立多元一体的民族人才培养机制。
