| 摘 要： | 当前外向型经济的发展需要大量的复合型英语人才,高校的英语专业必须进行改革,以探索一个有效的复合型英语人才的培养模式。这个模式需要从三个方面做起:通过多种途径,培养学生实际运用英语的能力;通过改革课程设置和教学体制,帮助学生掌握其它专业的知识与技能;通过社会实践,训练学生解决实际问题的能力。

| Abstract: | The current export-oriented economy needs lots of English inter-disciplinary talents.College English majors must make some reforms to develop an effective training mode of English inter-disciplinary talents.This mode should consist of three aspects:to improve students' oral and listening skills;to help them master other professional knowledge;to train their abilities in coping with practical problems. |
