借鉴美国校企合作模式 探索合作教育新途径

合作教育是美国校企之间合作最为成功和影响最大的模式。美国的合作教育主要表现在校企合作共建产学合作基地,学校、企业、政府、家长和新闻媒体等各个方面共同参与合作教育全过程,以及校企对合作情况共同进行评价考核。我国职业院校应借鉴美国校企合作教育模式,结合当前高职教育教学改革以及职业院校在合作教育中的一些具体实践,完善高职教育考核评价体制机制,加大企业在合作培养过程中的考核评价力度,探索出一条高职院校"校企合作教育"的有效途径。

Learning American School-enterprise Cooperation Mode and Exploring New Ways of Cooperative Education

The cooperative education is the most successful and influential cooperation mode between America schools and enterprises. The American cooperative education mainly includes joint constructing university-industry cooperative bases through school-enterprise cooperation, with the whole process involved schools, enterprises, governments, the guardians and the media, while schools and enterprises assess and evaluate the cooperation together. Learning from American school--enterprise cooperation mode and combining with current higher vocational education teaching reform, as well as the specific practice in the cooperative education, our vocational colleges should explore an effective way of ＂cooperative education＂ by improving the system of evaluation and assessment, and increasing the efforts of enterprises in the process.
