社区教育和社区学习:学习型城市建设的中坚力量

社区教育作为学习型城市的载体和重要组成部分,是学习型城市建设的中坚力量。有鉴于此,试图从社区基础设施的配备、社区文化资源的挖掘、社区居民需求的满足、社区民众参与的鼓励、社区家庭教育的重视等五方面来解读《北京宣言》特征之五,并阐释社区教育对学习型城市构建的意义,通过揭示我国社区教育的现状与问题,勾勒出我国社区教育的未来,即在构建学习型城市中推进学习型社区。

Community Education and Community Learning： the Mainstay of Learning City Construction

Community education, as the carrier and an important part of the learning city, is the mainstay of the learning city construction. Therefore, this paper attempts to elaborate on the fifth part of the learning city characteristics in Beijing Declaration from the following aspects： community infrastructure allocation, community cultural resource excavation, community residents＇ demand satisfication, community participation encouragement and emphasis on community family education. It also explains the significance of community education for learning city construction. In addition, the paper reveals the current situation and problems of China＇s community education and draws the outline of the prospect of it, that is to promote the learning community in the process of learning city construction.
