| 摘 要： | 络合萃取法对于极性有机物稀溶液分离具有高效性和高选择性。用体积分数为２０％三辛胺＋３０％正辛醇＋５０％煤油混合溶剂对乙酸、乙二酸、丁酸、丁二酸、戊酸、己酸、己二酸、苹果酸，酒石酸和２－溴了酸稀溶液进行了系统的萃取相平衡实验研究。结果表明，混合溶剂对有机羧酸稀溶液具有相当高的分配系数Ｄ。探讨了胺类萃取剂萃取有机羧酸的过程机理。

| Abstract: | Extraction process based on chemical complexation can be high in capacities andselectivities for dilute polar organic solution. In this paper, a mixed extractant with 20%tri-n-octylamine 30%octanol 50% kerosene is used. A series of equilibrium experimentshave been carried out for extraction of acetic acid, oxalic acid, n-butyric acid, succinic acid,n-valeric acid, n-hexanic acid, adipic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid and 2-bromine butyricacid with the mixed solvent. Results show that the mixed solvent can give high distributioncoefficient for carboxylic acid. The extraction mechanism of carboxylic acid by solventcontaining amine is investigated. |
