| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨克隆病致肠梗阻的诊断及治疗．方法：回顾分析6例克隆病致肠梗阻的手术治疗．结果：手术后并发切口感染1例，腹泻2例，无1例发生肠外瘘．1例复发再次梗阻行二次手术．结论：当克隆病合并肠梗阻时通过外科手术治疗，能够取得良好的效果．

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal obstruction caused by Crohn＇s disease. Methods： Retrospectively analysed the surgical treatment for 6 cases of intestinal obstruction caused by Crohn＇s disease. Results： After operation, wound infection complicated with postoperation in 1 case, diarrhea in 2 cases, no one case of enterocutaneous fistula, 1 cases of recurrent obstruction and underwent secondary surgery. Conclusion： When Crohn＇s disease complicated with intestinal obstruction, surgical treatment can achieve a good effect. |
