| 摘 要： | 报告了用质子激发X荧光分析（PIXE）对国际原子能结构组织的实验室分析比对的颗粒物标准样品的测量结果，讨论了此结果和各实验室的PIXE和中子活化分析（NAA）测量结果与用不同方法测定值的平均值，参考值的比较，表明对颗粒物样品分析，PIXE的准确度很好。

| Abstract: | The PIXE results of the standard samples of particulates are reported. The standard samples are prouided by IAEA for evaluating the accuracy of measured data among laboratories. The comparison of PIXE and NAA results with the reference values and average values of all measured data from different methods is discussed. Our results demonstrate that the accuracy of PIXE is very good for thin samples of particulates. |
