| 摘 要： | 分析当前卓越工程师培养教育存在的问题，在国外“欧林三角”课程哲学和建构主义理论的指导下，提出以提高职业素养为导向的高校“卓越工程师”培养的教学新模式——“卓越立方体”课程模式．在该模式的指导下可以培养出创新能力强，适应社会和经济发展需求的各类工程科技人才．

| Abstract: | Analysis the existing problems in the current outstanding engineers training education. Under the guidance of the foreign Olin triangle curriculum philosophy and constructivism theory, puts forward a new teaching mode that is professional quality oriented training for outstanding engineers, outstanding cube curriculum model, under the guidance of the schema we can cultivate all kinds of engineering science and technology talents who have strong innovation ability and adapt economic and social development. |
