Discussion on the Innovation Construction of the Library's Culture

This paper systematically expounds the important significance of library's culture construction on constructing Chinese advanced culture,forming the learning-type society,and realizing the sustainable development of the library cause.In order to realize the new historical development of library's culture construction,must establish five innovation concepts,and carry out the innovation construction from aspects of the developing mode of the cause,the architectural culture of the library,the structure of the library including the organizational structure,internal basic system structure and resources structure,business construction,and technology,etc.
