马来酸酐改性C_5石油树脂的研究

摘    要:以马来酸酐改性C5石油树脂制备了改性C5石油树脂.采用单因素实验考察了马来酸酐用量、引发剂用量以及反应时间对改性产物附着力的影响,以正交试验对其进行了优化.结果表明:在马来酸酐用量为8%,引发剂用量为1.5%,反应时间为2h时,产物的附着力为0.87 Mpa,软化点为142℃,改性后的C5石油树脂附着力增强,软化点升高.

Abstract:C5 petroleum resin were prepared through maleic anhydride modify C5 petroleum resin.The effects of maleic anhydride dosage,initiator dosage and reaction time were studied on the modify result by single factor.The experiment were optimized by orthogonal design,and the optimum conditions were obtained as follows: maleic anhydride dosage was 8%,initiator dosage was 1.5%,reaction time was 2h.The results showed that the adhesion was 0.87Mpa,the softening point was 142℃ in the conditions.
