摘    要:以黄刺玫、四季玫瑰的嫩梢为材料,经表面消毒处理后,接种在N6 6--BA2 NA0.02的诱导培养基上培养.丛芽形成后,进行继代培养和生根培养,使其形成再植株.最后将再生植株移入土壤中栽培.黄刺玫、四季玫瑰丛芽的存活率各为72.2%、85%,苗的增殖倍数各为6.06倍和7.2倍,它们的成活率各为65.1%和70.2%.黄刺玫、四季玫瑰的组织培养是当前种苗繁殖、扩大种源极为有效的措施.

Abstract:The young stems of Rose Xanthing L. and four-season Rose Nugosa T. were used as transplanting materials. Having been disinfected, they were cultured on the inducing media. When clump buds arise, they are put into continuing culture media and root inducing media to get regenerated plants which will be transplanted in to soil. The regenerating rates of Rose Xanthing L. and four-seasons Rose Nugosa T. buds are 72. 2% and 85% respectively. The seedlings of them are multiplied by 6,02 and 7.2 times with respective regenerating rates of 65.1% and 70. 2% reopectively. The tissue culture for reproducing their seedlings is a very effective method for increasing their seedlings.
