| 摘 要： | 采用高脂血症模型法实验研究美体减肥液对高脂血症小鼠体重、血清胆固醇和甘油三酯含量的影响．通过内服和外用两种途径各两个剂量给药，结果显示，外用给药组（包括大、小剂量组）和内服给药小剂量组均能对小鼠体重和血清甘油三酯含量产生非常显著的降低作用（Ｐ＜０．０１），对小鼠血清胆固醇含量有降低趋势（Ｐ＞０．０５）；内服给药大剂量组对小鼠体重和血清甘油三酯含量均有降低趋势（Ｐ＞０．０５），而对小鼠血清胆固醇含量具有明显降低作用（Ｐ＜０．０５）．说明该减肥液具有减肥、降血酯作用．

| Abstract: | The influence produced by Meiti Reducing Liquid upon the body weight, serum cholesterol and triglyceride content is studied by the method of lipemia model. The results indicate that the Meiti Reducing liquid has a marvelous effect on decreasing in serum cholesterol content and triglyceride content. In other words, this liquid has a good effect on reducing and decreasing the serum cholesterol coutent. |
