试评我国宪法之财产权规定

保护财产是建立国家的根本，是法制的基础。20多年中国改革的实践证明，实行市场经济就必然要有私有财产，必然要承认私有这个概念，就必然要保护私有财产权利。观之我国，宪法虽承认公民财产权，但保护依旧不周全。本文试图通过对宪法条文的分析，提出对宪法中财产权保护的更好建议，以期起到抛砖引玉之效，为我国将来修宪提供一点参考。

A Comment on the Property Right in the Chinese Constitution

Personal property protection is the foundation of a country and its law system. To keep up with the development of the market economy system, the 20-year practice of the Chinese economic reform proves that personal property must be confirmed and protected by the Constitution. However, the property protection in 1982 Constitution of the PRC is defective. This article tries to make a good suggestion for the possible constitutional amendment to protect personal property.
