| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the legal problems existing in the course of university graduates' employment, analyzes on the reasons of the generation of these legal problems, and points out that each university should strengthen the legal education and the employment guidance for the university graduates, and increase the legal consciousness of the university graduates in the employment. |
