| 摘 要： | 一个地区产业结构的调整和升级决定了一个地区经济高速持续发展能力，因此，本文从市场化、国际化、城市化的世界经济一体化的大趋势出发，分析了新疆产业结构的现状和存在的问题，提出了从解决就业、保护耕地、优势发挥三方面出发的解决新疆产业结构问题的初步构想，以实现区域经济持续、高效发展。
