摘    要:根据多年来对京沪高速铁路预可行性研究中关于“一次规划、分段建设、沪宁起步”的结论,在分析京沪高速铁路建设主要问题的基础上,本文提出了分段的设想、分段建设的四个方案和评价指标体系,并应用多层次多指标的综合评价方法,计算出了不同方案的优先次序,供领导决策参考.

Abstract:According to the conclusion of "planning once, construction section by section" for Beijing Shanghai high speed railway line (BSHSR) from the pre feasibility analysis of BSHSR, the paper analyses how to cut the whole line into sections and gives four alternatives as well as the evaluation method. The precedence of the four alternatives is calculated which can be an important reference for the decision of BSHSR.
