| 摘 要： | 从介绍实验室内涵发展的涵义开始,在论述实验队伍建设与实验室内涵发展关系的基础上,指出了实验队伍要优先发展、要靠实验团队集体的创造力、要充分发挥高校的区域优势等战略;提出了要走优化管理和特色化发展的道路;加大提升实验教学岗位的吸引力、把实验队伍建设与实验室内涵发展纳入学校建设与发展的整体规划、将实验室内涵发展的情况作为考核校长业绩的一项重要指标等措施。
