酸碱平衡实验教学设计及效果探讨

摘    要:"酸碱平衡紊乱"在生理科学教学中是重点内容,也是难点内容。设计了一项新颖的以学生为受试对象的酸碱平衡紊乱运动生理实验,包括代谢性酸中毒和呼吸性碱中毒实验,使学生通过实践来巩固和加深对人体酸碱平衡的认识。从学校56组已参与本实验的学生收集的数据显示,该实验结果稳定,重现性好,所有实验组均能得出酸/碱紊乱的诊断,各组间仅在紊乱及补偿的程度上有所差别。
