| 摘 要： | 采用云芝菌深层发酵滤液经科学配方制成营养丰富，风味独特的保健饮料。经测定每１００ｍｌ饮料中含云芝糖８１８．８４ｍｇ，粗蛋白５０３．４２ｍｇ，游离氨基酸２７．０７ｍｇ。饮料符合国家食品卫生标准。

| Abstract: | The fermented filtrate of Coriolus versicolor was made into healty beverage with scientific formula. The examination showed that the product contained abundant nutrients and its zest was very special. In 100ml beverage, the content of total sugar was 818.84mg; the crude protein was 503.42mg; the free amino acids was 27.07mg. The result indicated that the hygiene standard of the beverage was up to the food hygiene standard in China. |
