土壤微生物多样性与植物多样性

The Biodiversity of Soil Microbes and Plants

There are abundant microorganism sources in soil.Soil microbes are the main decomposers in soil and play an important role in filtering and purifying the environment.They are essential in the functioning and sustaining of all natural ecosystems.Plants,soil and soil microbes interact with each other and make up a system of "Plant-soil-microbes".The soil microbial biodiversity represents the stability of microbial community and embodies the changes of microbes in the level of heredity,species and ecosystem.The researches of soil microbial diversity,such as heredity,species,ecological function and ecosystem processes are introduced.The inter-connection between soil microbial diversity and plant diversity is discussed.The damage of plant will lead to the lost of microbial diversity,and soil microbes play an improtant role in maintaining the plant diversity.Therefore,It is important to make further study of microbial diversity in soil for conservation of plant biodiversity.
