关于体育教学中"精讲巧练"的运用研究

摘    要:在体育教学过程中要做到精讲巧练,一方面教师应首先明确讲解的目的,注意提炼教材重点、难点、技术关键;另一方面激发学生练习的主观能动性,抓住教材重点、难点、技术关键开展练习.经过教师的精炼讲解与学生巧妙练习的有机结合,加快学习、教授进程,提高教学效果。

Abstract:It will achieve intensive teaching and practice in physical education.On the one hand,the teachers must make clear the purpose of teaching,pay attention to refine the burden,difficult,and key technology in the teaching material.On the other hand,stimulating subjective initiative of students,seizing the focal point ,difficult point and the key technology to practice.After intensive teaching of teachers and practicing of students,accelerating the course of studying and teaching,enhance the teaching effects.
