摘    要:为了在高褐铁矿配比下提高烧结矿产质量指标,在把握烧结混匀矿特性的基础上,通过微型烧结试验和烧结杯试验,研究了高褐铁矿配比下烧结矿二元碱度、钙质熔剂种类等因素对烧结黏结相数量、强度和类型,以及烧结矿产质量指标的影响.结果表明:在高褐铁矿配比下,提高烧结矿二元碱度至2.0水平,并采取适当增加生石灰使用比例以及提高烧结抽风负压和烧结料层高度的配合措施能够改善烧结矿产质量指标.
