A Study on Recycling Economy in View point of the Complex System Theory

The article analysis the recycling economy system characteristics from the angle of complexity content,and points out that the conditions for the formation of a complexity system are its being open,varieties,many levels,self-organization and nonlinear characteristics,then the paper studies the recycling economy structure in terms of the complexity,then analysis interaction and collaboration of the recycling economy development from five dimensions of government,enterprises,social public,industrial environment,and macro social environment.
