固相微萃取吸附质苯乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯的合成工艺研究

摘    要:研究了苯乙烯和丙烯酸乙酯作为固相微萃取吸附质的合成工艺 .采用自由基溶液聚合反应 ,以甲苯、乙酸乙酯为混合溶剂 ,以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂 ,在一定温度下进行苯乙烯和丙烯酸乙酯的聚合 .较佳的聚合条件是苯乙烯与丙烯酸乙酯单体配比为 1∶1 ;溶剂用量 1 4mL ;反应温度 95℃ ;引发剂质量百分数 0 .3% ;反应时间 1 0h .利用红外光谱对聚合物的单体比进行分析 .该聚合物作为固相微萃取涂层对卤代芳烃有良好的萃取、分离效果 .

Abstract:The synthesis of process of copolymer of styrene and ethyl acrylic acetate was discussed in this paper.The influence of factors on the polymer reaction were: mole ratio of monomer is 1∶1; temperature is 95℃; reaction time is 10h; dosage of solicition is 0.3%wt.The structure was determined by IR spectrum and the application of the copolymer using as the coating of solid-phase microextraction was also studied.
