应用配方均匀设计确定粉煤灰/生物质生物陶粒的最佳配比

摘    要:采用均匀设计法确定有限制的配方方案设计,应用DPS(Data Processing System)统计软件对试验数据回归分析及优化,得到了烧结生物陶粒的最佳配方为:粉煤灰/生物质/石膏/粘土=0.64 688/0.32 030/0.02090/0.01 192.在保证强度的前提下,以比表面积和孔隙率作为生物陶粒的主要性能指标.最佳配方下所得陶粒的比表面积为6.26 m2/g,孔隙率为79.53%.

Abstract:The uniform design method was used to obtain the formula of a restricted program.The regression analysis and optimization calculation of the test data was calculated by Data Processing System(DPS).The best formula for sintered bio-ceramic was as followes: Coal fly ash/Biomass/Gypsum/Clay =0.64688/0.32030/0.02090/0.01192.Under the premise of ensuring the strength,specific surface area and porosity were the main performance indicators.The specific surface area of the ceramisite with the best formula was 6.26 m2/g,and the porosity was 79.53%.
