肺曲霉菌病5例分析

通过近五年我科发现的5例肺曲霉菌病的表现,对该病进行了分析。4例起初均误诊,2例以肺炎诊治,2例以结核诊治,直至治疗无效后经活检确定,本组仅1例正确诊断。通过结合肺曲霉菌病的临床病理及X线表现,对肺曲霉菌病予以较详细讨论,旨在做到与相似疾病的鉴别诊断,以便对该病有个进一步的认识,为该病的临床影像诊断提供重要依据和帮助。

Five Cases Analysis of Aspergillosis in Lungs

The paper was written to analysis Aspergillosis in lungs by five cases found by my department. Aspergillosis in lungs is very rare, and its radiological manifestation is different in character, and it is easy to give incorrect diagnosis. Four cases of this group was not diagnosed correctly, two cases of which were treated firstly as acute pneumonia, other two cases of which as tuberculosis Their correct diagnosis was given after treatment of no effect and pathologiacal examination. Dnly one case was diagnosed correctly. In order to distinguish different diagnosis of this diseases, to recognize this disease more deeply, to provide important evidences and help for clinical imaging diaginosis, aspergillosis in lungs was discussed in detail in clinical pathological and radiological manifestafion.
