| 摘 要： | 为探讨小剂量尿激酶溶栓联合肝素抗凝冶疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效,采用对照的完全随机化方法,尿激酶 肝素治疗50例与单纯应用丹参注射液治疗32例进行对照,结果临床症状、心电图的显效率、无效率、恶化率,两组均有显著性差异(P＜0.05).表明:小剂量尿激酶溶栓联合肝素抗凝治疗不稳定性心绞痛是安全、有效、临床缓解期长的治疗方法. |

| Abstract: | In order to explore the clinical effect on a light dose of Urokinase thrombolysis combined with Heparin used in anti-freezing treatment of unstable angina,we adopted controlled randomization methods,Urokinase plus Heparin treatment 50 cases compared with 32 cases with clinical symptoms and the effect of electrocardiogram show remarkable differences (P<0.05).It is shown that a light dose of thrombolysis combined with Heparin used in anti-freezing treatment of unstable angina is a safe,effectivc method which can relieve the clinical treatment. |
