摘    要:本文用有限差分法求解磁泡薄膜畴壁运动耦合微分方程组,讨论了二维含垂直布洛赫线(VBL)畴壁的边界条件和初始条件,用计算机摸拟了VBL势阱对畴壁和VBL运动及传输的影响.

Abstract:Computer simulation is an effective method for studying the VBL motion along the domain wall in Garnet film. Coupled dsrivative equations for domain wall motion derived by Slonczewski are solved numerically by the finitedifference method. The 2-dimensional boundary conditions and static wall structure with vertical Bloch line (VBL) are described. The effects of VBL potential well on domain wall and VBL propagation are discussed. It is shown that the amplitudes of both the potential well and pulse bias field should be carefuuflly considered for VBL to propagate along the domain wall bit by bit.
