| 摘 要： | 利用硅胶柱色谱和HPLC对棍棍木树皮化学成分进行分离,得到3个倍半萜类化合物.经1H NMR,1H NMR,(13)C NMR等鉴定它们的结构分别为(8,9,10)-8,9-epoxycalamenen-10-ol(1),Eudesm-4(15)-ene-1,6-diol(2),(4S,4aS,6S,8aS)-4a,5,6,7,8,8a-Hexahydro-4-hydroxy-4,8a-dimethyl-6-(1-methylethenyl)naphthalen-1(4H)-one(3).3个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

| Abstract: | Study the chemical constituents from the bark of Ptychopetalum olacoides Benth by column chromatography and HPLC.Three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as(8,9,10) -8, 9-epoxycalamenen-10-ol(1),Eudesm-4(15) -ene-1,6-diol(2),(4S,4aS,6S,8aS) -4a,5,6,7, 8,8a-Hexahydro-4-hydroxy-4,8a-dimethyl-6-(1-methylethenyl )naphthalen-l(4H )-one(3 ).The compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. |
