| Abstract: | This paper introduces the conception of the one-person corporation, compares the differences between the one-person corporation and the personal sole corporation, expounds the institutional framework and supervisory mechanism of the one-person corporation, and points out the legal existence of the one-person corporation and the necessity of normalizing its operation. |
