| 摘 要： | 本文采用多种分离层析手段,从中药延胡索(Corydalis yanhusuoW.T.Wang)干燥块茎的乙醇提取物中分离化合物.经波谱分析,及与标准品或文献数据对照的方法,分离并鉴定了6个化合物:延胡索甲素(d-Corydaline)、延胡索乙素(Tetrahydropalmatine)、Pontevedrine、四氢黄连碱(Tetrahydroberberine)、去氢紫堇碱(Dehydrocorydaline)、原普托品(Protopine).研究表明生物碱是中药延胡索的主要成分,其中Pontevedrine为首次从该药材中分离得到的生物碱.

| Abstract: | The chemical composition of chinese traditional medicine,Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang,have been studied.Compounds were purified by kinds of chromatography,and six compounds were isolated,including d-Corydaline(1),Tetrahydropalmatine(2),Pontevedrine(3),Tetrahydroberberine(4),Dehydrocorydaline(5),Protopine(6).Alkaloids are the main components of C.yanhusuo W.T.Wang,furthermore,Pontevedrine was isolated from this traditional medicine for the first time.Structures of them were identified by spectral data and comparison with authentic samples or data in literature. |
