| 摘 要： | 采用番茄茎尖,在无菌条件下离体培养在MS、MH培养基上,分化出大量植株,在White培养基上诱根,完整植株放于低温处壮苗锻炼,获得大量同步苗,定植田间,植株长势键壮,无毒病,增产显著。

| Abstract: | We have been developing the study on the vitro culture to the shoot tip of tomato in order to obtain the planis of virase-free. a lot of-the plantlets have been differentiated from the cultural media of Ms or Mh. Their roots have been induced in the white's cultural media. The plants have grown robust. The increasing production of tomato is remarkable. |
