| 摘 要： | 优秀省级帆船队属于特殊人群,其成员由领队、教练员、运动员及其他相关人员组成。搞好帆船运动队管理的关键,在于做好这一特殊人群中运动员的管理工作。通过研究发现,构建优秀帆船队科学管理体系,要制定各种合理的管理制度,加强思想管理、生活管理和训练工作管理。

| Abstract: | Excellent provincial sailing teams consist of the leader of a sports team,the coach,athletes and other correlative persons. The key of the sailing team management is that these persons could be managed. The research indicates that the construction of the scientific management of excellent provincial sailing teams should make a lot of the logical managerial system,strengthen the ideological,living and training management. |
