液压基座平台的振动控制方程与动力响应

摘    要:将液压基座平台上部装置简化为一个质量单元,考虑平台的刚体运动和液压控制系统的耦合,建立了平台系统的运动控制方程。根据平台受迫后运动的稳定条件和工程控制理论,提出了液压系统反馈流量系数的计算条件,应用Laplace变换,提出了时域和频域内平台动力响应计算方法。应用该方法设计了平台的控制系统并计算了平台的动力响应。结果表明,该方法可以有效提高平台动力 稳定性和减小平台振动。

Abstract:The platform system includes platform, four hydraulic supports and the units on the platform. It is significant to study the vibration control and dynamics response in order to improve the adaptive behavior of the platform under the shock force. The vibration equations are set up with considering the coupling between the platform motion and the hydraulic control system, and the units on the platform is simplified into one mass element. In this paper, based on the stable conditions of the platform motion under excitation and the control theory of engineering, the condition for calculating the feedback flow coefficients of hydraulic system are presented.The method for calculating response in time domain and in frequency domain by Laplace transformation is presented. The platform system is designed and the dynamic response is calculated by the method of this paper.It is shown that the dynamics stability of the platform system is improved and the vibration response is reduced effectively.
