城市污水处理厂剩余污泥浓缩脱水试验研究

摘    要:
城市污水处理厂剩余污泥的浓缩脱水性能是影响污水厂泥饼的含水率和污水厂的运营成本的重要因素,通过对青岛李村河污水处理厂沉淀污泥进行浓缩、脱水的模拟实验和生产性实验,发现剩余污泥浓缩之后直接脱水效果不佳,运行不经济,剩余污泥与消化污泥混合之后,脱水效果较好,絮凝剂单耗降低,与纯消化污泥脱水耗絮凝剂量一致,此试验结果对污水处理厂的运行改造和降低成本均有很重要的意义.

Abstract:
Concentrate and dehydrate of city sewage treatment plant is the important influence factor in sludge containing water rate and cost of wastewater plant.This paper analyzed the effect of simulation and production experiment in Licun River wastewater plant in Qingdao,and finded the effect of directed dehydrate of residual sludge is not good and diseconomy,but the dehydrate effect is good if residual sludge and digest sludge are mixed,and the use of flocculation is lower.So these experiment result is important...
