| 摘 要： | 研究了NaCl对苏棉8、12、16号,泗棉3、4号种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响,以及NaCl对胚状体生长的影响.结果表明,用低浓度的NaCl浸种可以促进棉花种子萌发及幼苗生长,加有NaCl的培养基对泗棉3号种子萌发及继代培养的幼苗生长有抑制作用,NaCl对胚状体生长有抑制作用.

| Abstract: | The effects of NaCl on seedling growth and sprout of varieties Sumian 8, Sumian 12, Sumian 16, Simian 3, Simian 4, were studied. The influence of NaCl on embryoid formation of cotton was also investigated. The results showed that seed sprout and seedling growth were promoted when the seeds of cotton were soaked in NaCl solution of low concentration. The seed sprout and the seedling growth were inhibited, while supplied with NaCl of different levels in MS medium. Similarly, the embryoid formation of cotton was retarded on the media of different NaCl levels. |
