| 摘 要： | 手机报新闻英语是新闻英语的次语体,具有特殊的情景语境因素和独特的文体特征。从功能文体学理论视角,分析《China Daily彩信手机报》的语篇,结合定性分析和量化研究的手段系统描述其词汇语法层和字系层的特点,发现其突出的文体特征具体表现为:言语过程多,情态成分密集,语气委婉,意义浓缩,易读性强,篇幅短,句子长但逻辑关系简单,以一段式简讯和导语式新闻为主。手机报新闻英语这一次语体文体特征的剖析,有利于深化和完善对新闻英语这一综合语体的认识。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of functional stylistics,this paper analyzed the news articles from China Daily MMS mobile newspaper and described the stylistic feature of Mobile News English（ MNE） at lexicogrammatical and graphological level. The study concluded that MNE is characterized by verbal process,modality,condensed meaning,high readability,short length,simple logic long sentences,one-paragraph news brief and lead news. The research of MNE as a sub-variety of English betters the stylistic study of English for news. |
