厦门东孚新城商业街游憩功能提升策略

借鉴国内外商业游憩街的发展理论,在分析东孚新城商业街发展现状的基础上,提出东孚新城商业街游憩功能的提升策略。认为东孚新城商业街应在明确以玛瑙为主题的前提下,通过街区主题的凝练、游憩产品的设计、游憩设施的完善、商业业态的调整和经营管理水平的提高等策略,全面提升其游憩功能,以便为游客创造一个"生活游憩空间",延长游客逗留时间,实现商业街社会效益和经济效益的共同提高。

Promotional Strategies for Recreational Function of the Commercial Street in Dongfu New Town of Xiamen

Promotional strategies for the commercial street in Dongfu New Town are posed in this paper based on an analysis of its current developmental status. From our findings,We believe while retaining the agate as its major product for its commercial purpose,the recreation function of Dongfu New Town commercial street can be further enhanced through several strategies,including thematic condensation of the street,design of recreation products, improvement of recreation facilities, adjustment of its business status and raise of management level. By following the proposed strategies,it ＇s believed there will be a living recreation space created for the tourists in the Dongfu New Town street,which may help to extend the tourist staying time in the street and improve the benefits in both social and commercial aspects of the commercial street.
