涡轮流量计及显示仪表工作原理的分析

摘    要:涡轮流量计是一种能够测量多种介质且稳定性好、准确度高的计量仪表。特别适宜于计量粘度不高的轻质油类和腐蚀性不大的酸碱性液体,同时它也具有较好的线性输出参数,当涡轮流量计与具有多功能、多参数的显示仪表组合为计量仪表时,就能够对被测物理量的累积流量、瞬时流量等进行准确计量。通过对涡轮流量计及显示仪表工作原理的分析,可以掌握在实际使用中对多种参数的选择、调节、设定,大大提高计量准确性。

Abstract:A turbine flowmeter is a highly stable and highly precision metering device which is able to measure multi- ple medias, especially suitable for the measuring of light oils with low viscosity and acid or alkaline liquids with low corrosiveness. It also features good linear output parameters. When integrating with a display instrument with multiple functions and parameters, the flowmeter is able to perform accurate measurement of measurand's integrated flux, instantaneous flow rate and etc. Through analysis on working principles of both turbine flowmeters and display in- struments, the selection, adjustment and setup of mostly used parameters can be easily mastered. Hence, the accu- racy of metering will be greatly improved.
