摘    要:
针对自然灾害的评价还没有形成一个统一的标准和方法,探讨评价结果具有可比性的方法,显得尤为重要。以区域自然灾害评价指标对受灾程度的相对隶属度为基础,建立自然灾害综合灾情相对隶属度识别理论模型,讨论了该模型的算法。结合1993年沿海地区受灾综合灾情分析,论述了该模型的用法。结果表明该模型物理概念清晰,应用方便,识别结果具有可比性。

Abstract:
Relative membership grade mode (RMGM) is established for calculating the relative membership grade of the comprehensive situation of natural disaster. Combining with a real example of assessment of the disaster degree of the typhoons and storms,occurred along the coastal areas of China in 1993, the characteristic and feasibility of using the model in assessment practice is showed. Conclusion is that the model has distinct meaning of mathematic and physical, makes assessment objects have more comparability, and gives more accurate assessment results.
