| 摘 要： | 研究了一种新型植物生长调节剂NP-2000对绿豆萌发及幼苗生长的影响.将NP-2000原液配制成3种不同浓度,对绿豆种子进行浸种及喷施处理,分别测定了不同处理下绿豆发芽率、根长、芽长、株高、淀粉酶活力、根系活力、叶绿素含量和净光合速率.结果表明,低浓度的NP-2000对绿豆萌发及幼苗生长都具有一定的促进作用.

| Abstract: | Gram seeds were treated with seed soaking and foliage spray by different concentrations of NP-2000,their germination rates,stem length and root length,amylases activity,root activity,chlorophyll content and the photosynthesis rates were detected to the effect of NP-2000 on germination and growth of gram seeds.The result showed that NP-2000 with low concentration can promote germination and growth of gram seeds. |
