喀斯特地区土地功能区划及可持续利用策略

要实现土地资源经济、社会和环境效益的最大化，就应当在充分考虑土地利用对生态系统、环境容量和生态承载力的影响，并将土地资源划分出具有地貌特征、土地利用状况和土地生态功能相对一致的功能区划下，实现土地资源的优化配置．该文在分析喀斯特地区土地利用的影响因素的基础上，探讨适合该区域的土地功能分区模式，并提出适应各功能区划内产业发展方向及其开发保护策略，为实现环境脆弱地区的生态环境保护和经济可持续发展提供科学的依据．

Division of Land Function and Sustainable Use of Karst Region

To implement the maximization of the benifits from land resources economy, society and environment, we should take full account of the impact of ecosystem, environment capacity and ecological carrying capacity, and also divide the land resources into those with geomorphic characteristics, the state of land use and relatively consistent ecological function so as to achieve the optimal allocation of land resources. Based on the analysis of the impacts upon land use in Karst, we discuss suitable functional division patterns for this region, and present the corresponding orientation of development of the functional divisions and development and protection strategies in order to provide scientific basis for implementing the protection of ecological environment for those environmentally fragile regions and sustainable economic development.
