摘    要:
将三个甘蓝杂交种无菌苗的子叶和下胚轴培养于ZMS培养基上诱导愈伤组织,20天左右继代。分化培养基为MS+BA4mg/L+IAA0.01mg/L。通过在培养基中附加不同成份,得出以下结论,(1)高比例的琼脂低分化率;(2)聚乙烯醇在一定程度上能够控制玻璃苗的发生;(3)AgNO3能够增加分化率,但抑制芽的进一步发育;(4)多效唑能够使再生苗矮化,叶色加深,但不能提高分化率;(5)继代次数越多,分化率

Abstract:
Hypocotyl and cotyledon of aseptic seedling from three different hybrids of Bressicaoleracea var.capitata were cultured on ZMS medium for the induction of calli. Subcultureswere made in about 20 days. The following conclusion was obtained by adding differentchemicals to the regeneration medium, the MS medium containing BA 4 mg/L IAA0.0lmg/L. l. High proportion of agar reduced the regeneration ratio. 2. Polyvinyl alcoholPVP could control the occurrence of glassy shoot. 3.Regeneraion frequency could be in-creased by AgNO_3, which limited further development of the shoot however. 4. METcauseddwarfing the shoot and darkening of leaf colour, but it couldn' t raise the regeneration fre-quency. 5.The more the times of subcultures was, the lower the regenertion frequency was.
